Hello again It's me Arnas, ahh what a good 2 months I'm happy that I'm going back home with good memories of volunteering here and my experiences as far.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my volunteering experience was the opportunity to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique stories and struggles. It was awesome to work with different kinds of people like children, local volunteers and students. It was so good to experience all of this. I got new skills like public speaking, being more confident and being more brave in public.

Perhaps the most heartwarming moments of my time in Turkey were spent engaging with the children who frequented the community center. Despite facing numerous challenges, these resilient youngsters radiated joy and curiosity, reminding me of the transformative power of resilience and hope. From organizing educational workshops to leading recreational activities, every moment spent with the children was a reminder of the importance of investing in the next generation.

As my time in Turkey drew to a close, I found myself reflecting on the myriad lessons and insights gleaned from my volunteering experience. From the importance of cultural humility and empathy to the transformative power of collective action, each day brought new opportunities for growth and introspection. While my journey may have been fleeting, the memories and connections forged during my time in Turkey will forever remain etched in my heart.

So I thank everyone for my opportunity to volunteer.

With warm feelings Arnas
